Obituary of Benjamin R. Fanelle

Benjamin R. Fanelle, age 52, of Gloucester Twp., NJ passed away on Saturday October 28, 2017. Beloved son of Olivia (nee Bracarello) and the late Rocco J. Fanelle. Loving brother of Maria (Joe) DiMartino. Proud uncle of Joey and Anthony DiMartino. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by his beloved and loyal friends Wanda Rodriguez, Diana and Chris Therien, Pierre Divito, and Wayne Haehner, along with his longtime friends who were there when needed. Benjamin was born in Camden, NJ and was a longtime resident of Gloucester Township. He served as a Youth Worker at several facilities for the Juvenile Justice Services for the State of New Jersey. Ben was active in many different sports throughout his life and had served as a volunteer coach for the Gloucester Twp. Basketball League. He was also an avid fan of WWE wrestling. Visitation will be held on Friday November 3, 2017 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Our Lady of Hope Parish/St. Agnes Church, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Blackwood, NJ, where a mass will begin at 11:00 am. Cremation and interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Benjamin's name can be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, 1275 York Ave., New York, NY 10065.
