Obituary of Victor Edward Amoroso

Victor Edward Amoroso, age 93, of Erial, NJ, passed away on Tuesday December 12, 2017. Husband of the late Bernadette (nee Stewart). Beloved father of Diane St. Clair, David (Faye) Amoroso, and the late Robert Victor Amoroso. Loving grandfather of 12, great-grandfather of 28, and great-great grandfather of 4. Dear brother of Charles, Edward, and the late Joseph Amoroso, Sr. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Amoroso was born in Philadelphia, PA and had resided in Erial, NJ for 80 years. He was a founding member of Erial Fire Company, and had served in most positions within the company. Victor was the owner of High Point Pump in Erial. He was an avid fisherman, and he also enjoyed hunting. Visitation will be held on Thursday December 21, 2017, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Erial Community Church, 1725 New Brooklyn Rd., Erial, NJ. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm.
