Obituary of Charles Robert Veit

Charles "Bob" Robert Veit, 88 years of Chesilhurst, New Jersey passed away surrounded by his loving family on January 12, 2018. He was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and served and the United States Army during the Korean War where he earned three bronze service stars and a United Nations Service medal. Bob also volunteered at the Faith Bible Church in Medford, NJ and was a parishioner at Victory Bible Church in Hammonton, NJ. He is predeceased by his siblings, Alvah Veit, Mildred Aiken and Grace Vanderslice. He is survived by his beloved wife, Helen Veit (Crothers); three loving children, Helen Schorsch, Robert Veit and Donna Allen and husband Ken; five grandchildren, Jennette, Andrew, Amy, Kenny and Brian. Family and friends are invited to Bob's service on Wednesday, January 17th at 10am at Victory Bible Church, 816 South Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton, NJ.
