Obituary of Robert Vasilieff

Robert Vasilieff, age 83, passed away on Monday February 12, 2018. Beloved husband of Merry Vasilieff (nee Levin). Loving father of Robert and MaryAnn "Toots" (Andy). Proud grandfather of Samantha. Dear brother of Val, Margaret, and Tamara. He is also survived and will be sadly missed by his former wife, Mary Ann Vasilieff. Robert was born in the Bronx, NY and resided most of his life in the South Jersey area. He was a champion weight lifter and ballroom dancer. He was also a classic car enthusiast, who collected and traded many antique cars. He was extremely proud of his brother Val who was a former Mr. America. Robert will be remembered for his zest for life. He was a spiritual man, who was kind, loving and generous, and he had a great sense of humor and a love for singing. A visitation will be held on Saturday February 17, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm. Cremation will be held privately.
