Obituary of Olga Ann Clements

Olga A. Clements (nee Pantella), 82 years of Waterford, New Jersey died peacefully with her eldest son Joseph at her side on May 19, 2018 at Penn Medicine Hospice, Philadelphia, PA, of heart disease. Olga was born September 29, 1935 in Camden, NJ, the daughter of Ukrainian and Austrian immigrants John and Anna Pantella. She attended Camden High School and worked many jobs to include telephone operator, waitress, secretary, bank clerk, and telemarketer. During her lifetime Olga focused on being around family and friends to ensure all were taken care of by any means she was able to provide. Her generosity was second to none. Everyone loved Olga and enjoyed her company immensely. She liked family gatherings, traveling with her husband or by herself frequently to visit her son Nicholas. She loved the Jersey shore and often went with her nieces for vacation and Neil Diamond's music was her favorite. She is predeceased by her parents, John and Anna Pantella (nee Kurhan); late husband Ralph E. Clements; beloved daughter-in-law, Patricia Cavallaro; eight other brothers and sisters and many nieces, nephews, and other close relatives. She is survived by her two sons, Joseph C. Cavallaro, Jr., of Waterford and Nicholas J. Cavallaro (Sharon) of Bel Air, MD.; step-daughter Lea (Steve) Betz of Voorhees; grandsons, Joseph R. Cavallaro (Sayward), John N. and Matthew C. Cavallaro; granddaughters, Kara (Jason) Horvath, Carissa (Mark) Schmidt, LeAnne Cavallaro, Lynn Cavallaro, Cassidy and Kayla Betz; nieces Karen (Bob), JoAnn Mascioli, Nancy (Bill) Herigel, and many other nieces, nephews, great- grandchildren, and relatives and close neighbors. Relatives and friends may gather for Olga's viewing on Wednesday, May 30th from 10am to 11am at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Parish/ St. Anthony's Church, 436 Pennington Avenue, Waterford, NJ.
