Obituary of Jeannette T. Sharp

He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul. After a long battle with M.S. Jeannette T. Sharp (nee Campbell) passed away on Wednesday November 24, 2010 at Virtua Hospital in Berlin. Mrs. Sharp was born in Port Norris and was raised in Mauricetown, in the house where her grandfather operated a well known barbershop. She had a lifelong love of the Maurice River and the Delaware Bay. As a young lady she and her dad would spend time on his boat fishing. Jeannette loved nothing more than being outside in nature. She was passionate about learning, followed politics and recently studied Bhuddism. In later years she had become a champion bowler. Mrs. Sharp is the wife of the late Carl W. Sharp. She is survived by her daughter Carol E. & her husband Joseph R. Basile, Jr. of Shamong. Jeannette is the proud grandmother of Sarah J. Basile of Mt. Laurel, Seth J. & his wife Vernae of Gloucester City and Sean C. also of Shamong. She is also survived and will be sadly missed by her dear friend Gerri Lakatus and her baby Ralphie. Funeral Services were held privately under the direction of the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, Atco.
