Obituary of Rita M. Delzeit

Rita M. Delzeit, age 92 of Berlin, passed away at home on Sunday December 19, 2010. Ms. Delzeit was born in Philadelphia, PA and had been a resident of Berlin. She had worked as an Assistant Post Master at the Berlin Post Office and had been a parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and more recently the St. Simon Stock Parishes, in Berlin. Rita is the daughter of the late Bertram J. & Frances (McBride) Delzeit. She is survived by her nieces, Mary Malone and Norma Liedel. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Thursday morning between 9:45 and 10:45 am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home 441 White Horse Pike, Atco. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am at St. Simon Stock Church, Berlin. Interment and graveside tribute will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin. The family request that NO flowers be sent, but as an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of the donor's choosing.
