Obituary of Elizabeth A. Lentz

Another winter's day has come and gone away, in Paris and Rome, but I want to go home. Home is where the heart is. Betty Ann Lentz opened her home and her heart to so many. Betty was a kind hearted loving person who had a very strong will to live and enjoy life. In her home she watched over the children of family and friends for years. God saw she was tired and a cure was not to be, so he wrapped his arms around her and whispered "come to me." On December 25, 2010, after a long illness, Elizabeth Ann Lentz, at the age of 67, was called home to the Lord. Betty was born in Camden and had been a Sicklerville resident. In her early years she loved strolling along the Ocean City Boardwalk and playing her luck at the casinos. Betty enjoyed the Ocean City Boardwalk with family and friends and will be fondly remembered as a dedicated family woman, mother sister aunt and friend. Betty is survived by her daughter Dorothy Featherngill and she is the proud grandmother of Aaron, Josh, Riley, Savannah, Jesse, Alex, Max and great grandmother of Christopher, Giana and Jacob. She is the sister of Chester & his wife Janice Morrison, Jr., Kathy & her husband Anthony Vaccarella and Darlene Watson. Betty is also survived and will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Betty's visitation on Thursday morning from 10 to11 am at the Church of The Good Shepherd 108 W. Broad St. Berlin, NJ 08009 where Burial Office & Holy Eucharist will be offered at 11 am. Inurnment will be held privately.
