(nee Hartman), age 89 of Winslow Twp., passed away on Monday April 18, 2011 at Samaritan Inpatient Hospice in Mt. Holly.
Mrs. Collins is the widow of the late James F. Krier and the late Walter L. Collins. Elsie is survived by her daughter Elizabeth "Betsy" & her husband Robert Fafard, Sr. She is the proud grandmother of Robert, Jr. and Beth Van Houdt. Arrangements were held privately.
