Obituary of Raymond H. Pape
Age 95 of Lindenwold passed away on Sunday April 24, 2011 at Vitas Inpatient Hospice at Kennedy Hospital, Stratford.
Mr. Pape was born in and spent the early part of his life in Philadelphia. He was a member of and was honorably discharged from the Office of Strategic Services (O.S.S), in the China-Bumra-India Theater during WWII. In 1946 Ray, along with his father, began H.G. Pape & Son Cabinet making in Lindenwold which still operates today as a 3rd & 4th generation family owned & operated business. Raymond had been a longtime resident of Lindenwold and had been a former member of the Lindenwold Fire Co. and served as Scout Master for the Lindenwold Boy Scouts, Troop 54.
Mr. Pape is survived by his wife Dorothy (nee Budde) of Lindenwold, his son Raymond, Jr. & his wife Barbara of Lindenwold. He is the proud grandfather of William & Christine Pape.
