Eleanor Kvederas

Obituary of Eleanor Kvederas

If you love someone, then.let them go. If they return.they were always yours. We need in love, to practice only this: letting each other go. For holding on comes easily; we do not need to learn it. Bob and Eleanor were married in Germany in 1961, while he served in the U.S. Army Berlin Brigade. They spent there lives together until 1979. Love's flame may flicker, but it never dies. Eleanor was an animal lover. She adored her cockatoo, her dogs and she was happily retired from the cleaning service she had operated for several years. Eleanor is fondly remembered as a loving and caring mother, wife and friend. When I think of her, the memories return. Those images of time and place that the years cannot erase. Tho' she's no longer an active part of my routine, my daily life, through the visions that live on, I still hold her in my heart. In 2009 Bob an Eleanor were reunited. Through a simple phone call, from beginning to end I was found again in the heart of a friend. Love lives on beyond goodbye, the truth of us will never die. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die. On Sunday June 19, 2011 Eleanor Kvederas passed away peacefully at home in Winslow. Fill not your heart with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I've only gone to rest a little while. She is survived by her husband, friend and longtime companion Bob Kvederas of CT and her son Bob Kvederas, Jr. of FL. Funeral ceremonies and inurnment were held privately.
