After awhile, you learn the subtle difference between holding a hand and chaining a soul.
And you learn that love does not mean leaning and company does not mean security.
And you begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts, and presents aren't promises.
And you begin to accept your defeats with your head up and your eyes open; with the grace of a woman and not the grief of a child.
And you learn to build all your roads on today because tomorrow's ground is too uncertain for plans, and futures have a way of falling down in mid-flight.
After awhile, you learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much.
So you plant your own garden and decorate your own soul instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.
And you learn that you really can endure, that you really are strong, and you really do have worth.
And you learn and learn...with every "goodbye" you learn.

Uncle Ciro, I will always remember the fun that we had trash-picking and looking for the 'mother lode'! I'll never forget you and all the fun we had together. Love and missing you. Your 'Little Man" Justin

I met Ciro over 30 yrs ago. All though we lost touch over the years he was someone I will never forget. He had a smile as big and bright as the Sun and a Heart as pure as gold. You will be missed my dear old friend. May You Rest in Peace. My condolances to his family.

We will always remember his kindness and humerous side.
He was always so pleasant when we went to his pizza shop, and two resturants. It seems just like yesterday that we attended his daughter Rita's christening. He was always so proud of his family, and always had them involved in his business, along
with his wife Kim and her family. He created a loving family and loving friends.
We will miss his smiling face and charm. God bless Kim and his children and give them peace.
