Obituary of Mary M. Gamble

Mary M. Gamble (nee Cruz), age 86, of Atco, NJ passed away on Wednesday August 8, 2018.  Loving wife of the late Master Sergeant Donald G. Gamble USAF.  Beloved mother of Garnetta (Keith) Dauder, Donald R. Gamble, and Jacqueline (Joseph) Sciacca.  Proud grandmother of Clare Dauder, Airman First Class Keith Dauder USAF, Melissa Sciacca, and Angelina Sciacca.  She is also the grandmother to her grand-dogs Achilles and Suki.

Mary was born in Puerto Rico and was a longtime Atco resident.  She took great care to raise her family after being widowed.  Mary went back to school and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Glassboro St. College, going on to work as a teacher for many years.  She loved her grandchildren and took care of all of them before they started going to school.  Mary enjoyed planting flowers in her yard, playing the lottery, clothes shopping, and working on word search puzzles.

Visitation will be held on Monday August 13, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ, and again on Tuesday August 14, 2018 from 10:15 to 10:45 am at Christ the Redeemer Parish/Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco, NJ.  A funeral mass will begin at 11:00 am on Tuesday at the church.  Interment of cremated remains will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
