I am a good friend of Eddie's, through Paul Mulford. I shared many dinners and different get togethers with them over the past 30 + years. Eddie was a great guy, with a very kind heart. He wasso generous as well. His incredible talents in the culinary arts will always be treasured by me. Eddie made THE BEST pies I have ever tasted. In particular his "Sour Cherry Pie" was off the charts amazing--my favorite. His pie crusts were fabulous as he always used the very finest ingredients, and his utmost care in the preparation is what set him apart. I will miss him dearly.
