Obituary of Frank J. LoRusso
Frank J. Lo Russo, age 97, of Williamstown, NJ, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 25, 2018. Predeceased by his loving wife Margaret Carango Lo Russo, his longtime companion Catherine Speranzo, and his siblings Ernest (Marion) Lo Russo, Mary (Larry) Cassiano, Helen (Tony) Jacobe, and Rita (Tony) Caruso.
Frank is the loving father of Richard (Eileen) Lo Russo and Frank (Mary Tobin) Lo Russo. Proud grandfather of Richard and Chris, Jeffery and Amy, Danielle and Laurence (Lauren Franklin), Frank and Heather, Margaret, and Brenda. Great-grandfather of Frank, Alynda, Ashley (Manny), Brittany (Matt), Christine, Richie, Paige, Angelina, and Brooke. Great-great grandfather of Tabitha, Maggie, Francesca, and Corey.
Frank was born in Philadelphia, PA and was a longtime resident, before moving to Williamstown, NJ. He proudly served in the United States Navy during World War II. He went on to own and operate Lo Russo Shoe Repair in Philadelphia for many years.
Visitation will be held on Thursday November 8, 2018 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ. A memorial service will begin at 2:00 pm.
