Obituary of Stephen F. Purr

On May 30, 2009 of Atco, NJ, age 61yrs. Beloved husband of Ruth (nee Williams). Loving father of Kelli Magliocco (John Days) of Plymouth Meeting, PA, Coleen Lehr (William) of Phila, PA and Kimberly Lehr (Brian) of Phila, PA. Dear brother of Joseph Purr and Margaret Bottigliere. Proud grandfather of Matthew, Billy, Brittany and Kristina Lehr, and Kayla and Dominic Magliocco. Stephen was a Purple Heart recipient, proudly serving his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion Post 0252 of Williamstown, NJ and was employed by TV Guide for 35yrs as a computer programmer. Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Thursday from 10am to 11am at the Assumption RC Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
