Obituary of Rita A. Buono

Rita A. Buono (nee Patricelli) age 92 of Blackwood, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, September 30, 2011 at the Vitas Hospice, Stratford, NJ. Rita was a dedicated Catholic and was very dedicated to her church. She prayed daily this prayer "Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen." Rita worked many years as a Bookkeeper at St. Agnes Church in Blackwood. She was a Cub Scout Den Mother and was a Past President of the Gloucester Twp. Democrat Club. Rita was the devoted wife of the late Joseph, She was the loving mother of Joseph Buono and his wife Cheryl of Blackwood and Roseann Nordin and her late husband Gary of Blackwood. Grandmother of Jennifer, Catlin and Emily. A viewing will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 10:00 to 11:00am in the Chapel at St. Agnes Church, Our Lady of Hope Parish, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Blackwood. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am. Interment will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Agnes Alter and Rosary Society, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Blackwood, NJ 08012 would be appreciated.
