Carmen DiGiacomo On March 18, 2009 of Sicklerville, NJ, age 87 yrs. Beloved husband of the late Josephine (nee Vaneria). Devoted father of Francis Haney and her husband Thomas of Mulberry, FL, Kathleen DiStefano and her husband Samuel of Sicklerville, NJ, Carmen DiGiacomo, Jr. and his wife Carmelina of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Pat DiGiacomo and his wife Kimberly of Atco, NJ. Dear brother of Michael DiGiacomo, Pat DiGiacomo, Jenny Stanton and the late Louis, late John and the late Mary. Proud grandfather of 12, great grandfather of 14 and great great grandfather of 4. Mr. DiGiacomo served in the US Army during WWII. He retired from Penn Reading Seashore Lines in 1981. He was a 3rd Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council #12833 and a 4th Degree Knight with CJ Damiano Assembly #1626. He was also a life member of the DAV. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday from 9:00am to 10:30am at the Mater Ecclesiae Church, 261 Cross Keys Rd., Berlin, NJ. A Latin Requiem Mass will be held at 11:00am. Interment, Berlin Mausoleum, Berlin, NJ. In lieu of flowers, mass intentions for the Holy Souls in Pergatory would be appreciated.
