Saying we are sorry for your loss we realize cannot console the pain you are feeling. But we wanted you to know that we are sorry and wish we could do something to assuage you pain in some small way. We are thinking of you and your family every day and praying for you and your family.

Dear Brosious Family,
Words cannot express the grief the loss of Diane brings to many, on and off the trails, I am sure. I knew her only briefly, some years ago, on the trail really (CTRs); I remember her many kindnesses, deftly handed out to humans and animals alike, and how her name "Brosious" sounded like "gracious", and how well that similarity suited her, and hers.
I pray the Lord's words bring you some comfort during this difficult time:
"Wherefore comfort one another with these words...And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away...The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever....Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe...For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words..." 1611 KJV

Dear Mr.Brosious and family,
I had the pleasure of working with Diane for the last ten years at Winslow High School. We evenhad the "dreaded cafeteria duty" together. She was a very kind and patient teacher. I never saw her angry or have an unkind word. She always spoke lovingly of her family and beloved horses. The school was very quiet on Monday as students and staff came to the realization that we would not share time with her again. Please know that she had a positive impact on her students and colleagues. We all grieve with your family today. We will cherish our memories of her. My deeepest sympathy to you and your family.

Diane will be sadly missed. She was an awesome teacher and it was pleasure to be in her company at Overbrook and Winslow HS. Never forget that she loved you all. Anyone who ever worked with her knew you all because she talked about you all with love.
