December 23, 1934 to December 31, 2011 - Born in Philadelphia, PA Predeceased by Myrtell Milsted, Mother and Charles W. Foy, Father. Survived by wife Margaret Mihaley-Foy of 47 years, Sons Carl, wife Stephanie and Bryan, wife Wendy. Loving Grandfather to Brandon, Aubry, Kyle, Mason, Taylor and Hannah. He and his homemade pizzas will be sorely missed by his family and friends. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 3:00pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, Hammonton Congregation, 611 Columbia Avenue, Newfield, NJ 08344. Interment was held privately. In lieu of flowers make donations to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, at addressed where services are being held, Atlantic Care Hospice or Atlantic Care Homecare at 6550 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234.
