Obituary of Ruth M. Andrews
Words can't say what love can possibly do. It could steal the sun from the sky for you and when we breathe it could be the air for you. Ruth M. Andrews (nee Githins); "Nanny", "Gram" or "Mom-Mom" was always there for you. She was funny, hardworking and strong willed. On Monday January 30, 2012, after 87 years, Ruth's sun had set on a beautiful life and in our hearts, will always be kept, the one we love and will never forget.
Ruth's sun had risen in Gibbsboro on a warm summer day in June,1924. She enjoyed bingo, the casinos and was a great cook who had the best chicken pot pie recipe. She was a dedicated family woman and single mother most of her life who had raised her children and grandson Keith Kratz on her own. I remember so many magic days. the love we shared, how much she cared, the joy and happy times together before she was called away.
Ms. Andrews is survived by her children Irving & his wife Cleta Wurst of Atco, Barbara & her late husband James Nelson of Pine Hill, Judy & her husband Charles Smith of W. Berlin, Patrick & his wife Ida May Githens of Chews Landing and Bonnie Lou & her husband John Falkenstein of Somerdale.
