Knowing that people care at a time like this hopefully will ease some of the pain. I'm so happy I knew Barbara. She was a wonderful person. When I think of her I am reminded of the way she would always roll down the car window and say, hey lady, every time she saw me outside.
We want you all to know how deeply sorry we are and we will keep you in our prayers during this difficult time.

Hi my friend. It seems that April 5th is an unpleasant day for both of us. As I lost my father on the same day in 2016, I am familiar with what you are feeling. I hope that your family can find peace in the fact that you will see her again someday but I know words are just not enough right now. I am here, if you ever need to talk or cry or for anything you may want to reach out for. I loved mommy too and am saying prayers for you and your family. Barb was a special lady who I was blessed to meet years ago. She had a kind heart and was full of life. I remember spending time with her at events. I also got to know her while she waitressed. She always had a positive vibe and a smile on her face. She was a friend and I’m so glad I got to know her. Even though I have not seen her in years, I’ve followed her through her children. So sorry for your loss. Miss the Sunday dinners at My mother-in-law’s house when the aunts, uncles and cousins would stop in periodically. That was how we kept updated on everyone’s lives. Loved seeing Cousin Barbara. Will definitely miss her.
