Obituary of Frances Ann Crouse

Frances Crouse (Ferraro) age 92, passed away peacefully on May 6, 2019 in San Rafael, CA.  She was born in Cedarbrook, NJ on May 3, 1927 to Anthony and Rosalie Ferraro.  Frances married Kenneth G. Crouse on May 15, 1948 in Philadelphia, PA and lived in South Philadelphia for 5 years before moving to Stratford, NJ, where they lived happily for many years until settling in Pine Hill & Cape May Beach, NJ.

Frances worked at RCA and then Pathmark in her later years. She had a love of family and especially loved dancing with her late husband Ken.  She also enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.   

Loving wife of almost 65 years to the late Kenneth “Ken” Crouse; Beloved mother to her three kids Gregory Crouse (Maryann), Joanne Crouse Baxley (Andy) and Linda Crouse Bowen (Bob).  She was the loving “Nanny” of her five grandchildren: Lisa Crouse, Gregory Crouse Jr. (Karly), Jessica Strickland (Matt), Danielle and Veronica Bowen.  Her loving grandchildren will never forget their Nanny and the fun they had singing “On the Way to Cape May” & “Barefoot Days” at the shore house.  Frances was pre-deceased by her siblings: Mildred DeAugustine, Lucy Ciccalese, Mary Hyde, Charles Ferraro and Tony DiGocamo.

Viewing will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am, Funeral Service will begin at 11:30 am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ  08004.
