Obituary of Joan F. Leigh

Joan F. Leigh of Atco, NJ passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the James River Convalescent Center, Newport News, VA. At the age of 79yrs. She is survived by her children, Jonathan Leigh and his wife Lauren of Atco, NJ, Andrew Leigh and his wife Donna of Bellmawr, NJ, JoAnne Goebel and her husband, Rev. James Goebel of Hampton, VA. Joan is also survived by her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Gabriel, Stephanie, Gina, Christopher, Elizabeth, James and Rebecca and her Great Grandchild, Chase. Joan was a winner, not just at the slot machine but in the hearts of all those who knew her, especially her family. She was crowned the "Casino Queen" by her family. Joan was an avid bowler. She loved to shop and make things with her hands such as ceramics and pottery. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, April 3, 2012, 9:00am to 11:00am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home 441 White Horse Pike Atco, NJ (856)767-0539. A Funeral Ceremony will begin at 11:00am. Rev. James Goebel officiating. Interment with graveside tribute will take place at the Sunset Memorial Park, 333 W County Line Rd., Feasterville PA.
