Obituary of Hector Roman

Campos Roman, Hector  age 63 yrs.,  born February 25th, 1956 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on October 26th, 2019.

Hector was a jack of all trades. He came to New Jersey as a young adult. He began working on farms, then he later worked for Castle Casino in Atlantic City. He worked as a mechanic at Shell gas station in Hammonton, then at Texaco in Sicklerville, and lastly for more than 15 years, he worked for Hotel Furniture Liquidators in Philadelphia.

He is predeceased by his parents Monserate Roman Reyes and Ana Campos Rojas, his sister Manuela and his brother Rojelio. He is survived by his three sons in Puerto Rico, Hector Roman Roman, Juan Roman Roman, and Leonardo Roman Roman, his son Michael Roman (Morgan) of N.J. and his daughter Lisa Prince (Kelvin) also of N.J., he has six grandchildren in P.R. and seven in N.J. He also leaves behind to cherish his memories, three sisters, Iris, Carmela, and Gloria, and one brother Luis, all of P.R. Hector leaves many dear friends including his forever brother-in-law, Gordon Dixon, his ex-wife and friend, Brenda Kauffman, his best friend Luis Morales, his bosses/friends Jayshree and Bhupen Patel and Lee Bordner.

A viewing will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 from 10:00am-11:00am at Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004. Interment will follow at Waterford Memorial Park Cemetery, Wateford, NJ.
