Obituary of Steven A. Wilson
Age 47, of Hammonton, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2012. Steven was born on September 22, 1964. He graduated from Hammonton High School in 1982 and from Glassboro State College in 1986, with honors. His creativity and love of art led him to endeavors in theater, jewelry design, sculpting, ceramics and graphic art.
He is pre-deceased by his father Joseph G. Wilson and his brother Joseph K. Wilson. Steven is survived by his mother Doris Wescoat Wilson, brother David Wilson, sister Rhonda Snyder and husband John, Brenda Falciani and husband Delfino, Susan Williams and husband Norris, Donna Brown and husband Albert.
Steven is also survived by his girlfriend, Gerrie King, and her children Frank Giordano, Tina DiGeralamo and Tom Giordano. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his girls Sugar and Tiny.
Steve was a nature lover and had visited National Parks in 46 states. He enjoyed camping, hiking, canoeing, cooking, entertaining, attending concerts and dining out. Steve was an avid reader, devouring everything from Shakespeare to H.P. Lovecraft. He was also a wiz at the New York Times crossword puzzle.
There will be no public service. Donations in his memory can be made to the National Humane Education Society at www.nhes.org or your local no kill animal shelter.
