Obituary of Mary Jean Sneathen

Mary "Jean" Sneathen, age 69, of Waterford, NJ passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2012 after a long and hard fought battle with cancer. She was a loving partner, sister, aunt, great aunt and a friend to many. The daughter of John and Eleanor Sneathen (nee Shafstall), Jean, was born on July 19th, 1943. She lived life to its fullest, touching the heart of many with her quick wit, kindness, and compassion for people. Jean was a long time and dedicated employee and Deli Manager for Shop N Bag, and more recently a Slot Supervisor at Resorts International in Atlantic City. Jean is survived by her devoted and loving partner, Lynne Brucolier, her sister and best friend, Ruth Eleanor Rockwell (nee Sneathen), her nieces, Sandy (Rockwell) Block, Cherie (Rockwell) Cole, Lisa (Rockwell) Arthur, and Lora (Rockwell) Sweeney as well as 10 great nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her parents and her brothers, John Sneathen and Walt Sneathen. Family and friends are invited to remember Jean at a service in her honor on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 9 AM at Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, NJ 08004.
