Obituary of Bruce A Somers

On Thanksgiving Day, Bruce was called by God unexpectedly. He was 42 years young. He is survived by his loving fiancée, Jeannette Middleton, his 3 children, Nicole, Bobby and Christine, who he loved dearly. Bruce loved his family very much including his sister Sherry DeGaetano, brother Joseph Somers and his nieces and nephews. Bruce was a caring and lively person. He loved to do anything that involved being outdoors. He loved to camp, go four wheeling, fish, play Frisbee golf, have fires, go mudding, listening to music, playing his guitar and spending time with friends and family. He also loved his dog, Opie. Bruce was the type of guy that would give the shirt off his back to a person in need. He was such a character, he would make anyone smile who was feeling down. He just had that way about him. He enjoyed life he was a very happy go lucky person. Bruce was definitely the life of the party. It did not matter if you were a close friend of his or a person he just met he was always very welcoming and cordial. Services for Bruce will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 1:00-2:00-pm at the Calvary Chapel, 660 S. Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton NJ.
