I'll never forget the first time I met Randy. He attended a Knights of Columbus open house that I was working and with strong conviction said he wanted to sign up to become a Knight. I saw in Randy's eyes something you don't find in many, the eagerness, the desire and the drive to make a difference. No matter what the Knights had coming up, if randy said he would be there, he was. Not asking for any awards or recognition, but instead always asking what the next event was to see if he was available. I know Randy was upset when he became ill and missed out on a few events, but when he felt up to it, there he was. Randy has a strong legacy with the Knights of Columbus 7463 Shane's Castle in Waterford. Randy recently made a recruitment video to show to our future open house events. He will live on each and every time that video is shown because it will touch many lives and will pass on that eagerness, that desire and that drive that filled his heart. As Grand Knight of Shane's Castle Council 7463 where Randy was a member, I know I speak for all our members when I say that he will be missed and our heart, thoughts and prayers go out to Randy's Family. May God Bless you and protect you!
Steve Monaghan, Grand Knight and friend.

Randy was proud to be a Knight and we were equally proud to have him in our Order. It was easy to sense his devotion to family and faith when you were around him. We will miss our Brother.

Mel, Casey, and Tyler...Randy was such a wonderful, caring, loving, gentle, giving, and generous man. We will never forget our trip to Toronto. The families did not really know each other but after the adventures we went through, we became a huge extended family-sharing the joys and sorrows of our lives. Oh how we will miss him-especially at the Seafood parties where he would always bring his famous dessert. Love you, monkey bread man! <3

Sorry to hear about the loss of Randy. Growing up in Downs Farm, Randy was a friend of my brother Mike. I have a lot of fond memories of Randy. I would always tag around with my brother and his friends. I especially remember the Sunday morning softball games and the fun times they had. Randy would always give me good advice growing up that i still think about to this day. My sincere condolences to his family.
