Obituary of Nicholas DePalma

Nicholas DePalma, Sr. age 85 of Atco, NJ passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Vitas Hospice in Stratford, NJ. Mr. DePalma was born in Waterford, NJ and had been a lifetime resident of Waterford Twp. Mr. DePalma was an active and dedicated parishioner of the Assumption Church in Atco. He worked as an accountant with the Forte Fuel Company and the Star Oil Company for over 50 years. Mr. DePalma also served his country in the U.S. Army. Mr. DePalma is predeceased by his wife Florence and his wife Shirley. He is survived by his children, Nicholas DePalma, Jr. of Atco, Jayne Cleveland (Burt) of Troy, PA, Robin Ungaro of Clayton, Kenneth DePalma (Cindy) of Atco, Renee Hayes (Carlos) of Spain and Robert DePalma of Atco. He is also survived by his sister, Raffie Rossi of W. Berlin, 7 Grand Children, Melanie Cleveland, Michele Watkins (Brad), Michael Simmons, Anthony DePalma, Ceilidh Hayes, Burton Cleveland, Gaelon Hayes and Meghan DePalma, and his Great Grandchildren, Riley, Kale and Peyton. Relatives and friends are invited to join the DePalma’s family to celebrate Nick’s life through faith on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 between 9:30am and 11:00am at Christ the Redeemer Parish, Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Dr., Atco where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am.
