Bertha F. Hughes, 91, of Franklinville, passed away on March 7, 2013. Beloved wife of the late William J.; Devoted mother of Mary Ann (Roger) Hutchinson, Bertha F., Thomas, Clara (Paul) Riggs, Albert (Dorothy L. Firus), Pearl Riggs and the William R.; Loving Grandmother of 21 great grandmother of 29 and great great grandmother of 8. Dear mother in law of Zora Hughes.
