Obituary of Margarita Marquez

Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Margarita Marquez, passed away peacefully on, April 26, 2013, just a few months shy of her 80th birthday. Wife of the late Adolfo Marquez Sr., she is survived by her loving children, Violeta Aponte, Francesca Tibbs, Maria Viruet (Angelo), Mirian Devine (Paul), Rosa Marquez, Bessie Brothman (Robert), Petronila Fauntleroy (Damon), Adolfo Marquez Jr., (Annette), and Felipe Alicea (Maggie); 17 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. Her favorite past times had been gardening her azaleas and maintaining the most beautiful flowers and best lawn on her block. she was a generous, strong-willed woman with a big heart; would share her last piece of food with a stranger, friend or family in need. she so loved her grand and great grandchildren, who always managed to bring a proud smile to her face. her beautiful personality, which would leave you smiling with a warm, natured comfort in your heart, will be missed but never forgotten. Family and Friends will be received from 11:00a, to 12:30pm, with a service to follow at 12:30pm on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 441 White Horse Pike, Atco, New Jersey.
