My Mom Gladys Heggan knew Bernie for a long time. They both went to Claire's to get their hair done and Al would play is saxaphone. Later my mom and Bernie were roommates at the Virtua Rehab in Berlin. She was always so kind and sweet whenever we would visit. So sad to hear of her passing.
