Obituary of May W. Thompson

May W. Thompson Of Atco, NJ, passed away peacefully on March 23, 2009, 2 days shy of her 93rd birthday. May is survived by her loving children; Barton F. Thompson, Jr. and his wife Patricia of Marlton, David W. Thompson and his wife Janet of Ewing, NJ, Elizabeth Treacey Nicastro and her husband David of Mullica Hill, and Margaret Leslie Thompson and her fiance Jeffrey Scott Brannon of Mt. Kisco, NY. She is the proud grandmother of 7. May is predeceased by her husband Barton F. Thompson and son, Paul D. Thompson. May is a graduate of Sweet Briar College in VA where she received a bachelor's degree. She devoted her working years to the Cherry Hill School System for over 25 years. May enjoyed playing bridge, gardening, music, and reading; her greatest joy in life was being a grandmother. She always put her best foot forward with a smile and genuine sweetness that will be truly missed. Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
