Obituary of George F. Carter

On August 31, 2009 of Elm, NJ age 97yrs. Beloved husband of the late Lora (nee Muschlet). George is survived by his daughter, Patricia C. Robinson of San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and Elm, NJ, his elder brother, Elmer Carter of Marlton, NJ his grandchildren, Kim Robinson and her husband James Hoey, Douglas Shawn Robinson and his wife Monica, Mark Robinson, Debra Cole and Linda Robinson. George is also survived by his great grandchildren, Jacob, Samuel and Amanda Robinson, Alex and Christopher Hoey, Rachael and Philip Cole. Mr. Carter was a Life Member of the Brigantine Elks Lodge. He retired after 43 years as an Officer of the Philadelphia National Bank. He was Past President of the Quarter Century Club of the PN Bank, the Old Christ Church Business Members Assoc., the Royal Colonial Golf Club and the Paul Dudley White Bicycling Club. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation with the family on Friday, 2:30 to 3:30pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco (856)767-0539. A Memorial Celebration will begin at 3:30pm. Interment will be private. Donations to the Sacred Heart Church, 1739 Ferry Ave., Camden, NJ 08104 would be appreciated.
