Vincent J. Elliott On August 24, 2005 of Hammonton, NJ age 86yrs. Beloved husband of Elizabeth B. (nee Goetz). Loving father of Barbara E. Rice and her husband Charles, Jr. of Sea Isle City, NJ, Jane Garchinsky and her late husband Joseph R. of Cedar Brook, NJ, Vincent J. Elliott of Claymont, DE and the late Marianne Elliott. Grandfather of Elizabeth A. Dasher (Dr. James), Charles S. Rice, III (Kara), Alice M. Hutchison (Todd), Vincent E. Rice, Carolynn McGettigan (Ed), Joseph V. Garchinsky (Amy), Kristina M. Garchinsky, Pfc. Brian W. Elliott and Lauren E. Elliott. Great Grandfather of 11. He is predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Rev. Arthur P. Elliott, Louis J. Elliott, Catherine P. Elliott, Thomas A. Elliott, Mary McDonald, Raymond J. Elliott and Alice M. Mangan. Mr. Elliott was a member of the St. Lucys RC Church for over 24yrs. He served his country during WWII in the US Army. He was Past President of the Railroad Holy Name Society and he was a 3rd. degree member of San Domingo Council #236 Knights of Columbus, Springfield, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing, Tuesday morning, 10:30 to 11:45am at the Parish of Blessed John the 23rd, St. Lucys RC Church, Rt. 73, Blue Anchor, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00noon. Interment, Sacred Heart Cemetery, Cedar Brook. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Parish of Blessed John the 23rd, 250 S. Rt. 73, Blue Anchor, NJ 08037 would be appreciated.
