Dear Allan and family, I ache in my heart for your loss of Kathy. As early as your courtship, your family became hers. While not the life of the party that your hilarious father was, she was the one who made you glad that you came. It always amazed me how she kept all the details of the family straight. We mattered to her. I trust she knew my parents and I felt the same way about her. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Love, Kathy

Kathy was a dear friend and classmate from the Class of '64 at Holy Cross High School. May our Lord and Savior grant you His Peace and Comfort during this time, remembering the words of Psalm 23:4 "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." God Bless, in our prayers -- Ken Schwarz

Words can not express how sorry I am for all of you to lose your dear sister. The oldest sibling always feels the need to look after the others once the parents pass away, and I am sure you will miss her checking on you. She, and your beautiful loving parents, will continue to watch over you all, and the rest of the family, from their resting place in Heaven. Thinking of you all at this very sad time.

I am broken hearted to hear of the loss of Mrs. Sciscio. Like many wonderful Mainstage Mother's, she became a mother to many children. I have had many a sleepover at the Sciscio home and Mrs. Sciscio was always so kind and encouraging. She loved watching us play, take pictures, put on make up and goof around. She stood by, warmly smiling. I am so grateful to Brooke for sharing her mother with so many of us through out the Mainstage years. Even years later, coming back to visit with my own child, I loved seeing Mrs. Sciscio. She always sent encouraging messages via facebook and e-mail congratulating me on this or that. I was always so moved by her kindness and supportive behavior long after I was a camper at Mainstage.
I am so sorry I couldn't be there to say this in person, but please know I am thinking of all of you and praying that you are surrounded by constant warmth and comfort during this incredibly difficult time.
Much love,
Erin Weaver

The smile Kathy has in this picture is the smile she shared with everyone she met. When we learned of her passing it was this smile that I saw.
I will deeply miss seeing her at the various Mainstage Events, and reading her lovely e-mails when she was unable to attend, but her smile, her kindness is a legacy that will live on forever.

We are so saddened by the loss of Kathy and are certain that today was one of the hardest days of your lives. She will always live on in her children & grandchildren and of course in your hearts. Losing your beloved wife, and mother brings so much grief even knowing that she is no longer suffering. In time we can only hope that remembering all that she was to you and your wonderful memories will bring you some comfort. She was such an amazing, warm & wonderful person and will not be forgotten. Hugs, Liz & Ian Holmes

Dear Allan and Family,
I am most saddened to learn of Kathy's passing. Her husband, children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Kathy fought such a courageous battle but hopefully she is now at peace. Whether you met Kathy while running errands or at a social event, you always left her with a smile on your face and feeling happier because of her great personality and beautiful smile. Our Blue Heron Pines community has truly lost a special friend.
My love and sincere sympathy, Rosemary Metzen

To the wonderful lady with the beautiful smile and cheerful laugh, who I considered my second Mother throughout my childhood, you will be greatly missed. Rest in peace, Mrs. S.
