Obituary of Alethia Vanaman

Alethia Vanaman (nee Eppleman) age 102yrs of Atco, NJ passed away peacefully on May 10, 2014 at the Fountains at Cedar Parke. Beloved wife of the late Kirby. Mother of Edward Vanaman of Atco. Mrs. Vanaman is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great, great nephews and a great, great, great niece and is pre deceased by her brothers, Jesse Eppleman and Richard Eppleman. Mrs. Vanaman purchased the Redman Hall at the corner of Atco Ave. & Raritan Aves in the 1950's where she open the Eppleman-Vanaman's Dance Studio. At one time during here career, she owned and operated three studios located in Woodbury, Clementon and Atco. The Atco location is still is operation. Atcodance.com. She was the president of the Dance Masters Association of PA for many years and took time out of her busy schedule to do charity work for many nursing homes and Veterans Homes in the area. Mrs. Vanaman enjoyed travelling the world. She was dedicated to her faith as a member of the Atco United Presbyterian Church and was a member of the Atco Presbyterian Church Bluebirds. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing and funeral on Thursday, May 15, 2014 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike in Atco. A funeral service will begin at 12:00pm with the Rev. Dr. Joseph Beggs officiating. Interment will follow at the Atco Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Atco United Presbyterian Church, 2259 Atco Avenue, Atco, NJ 08004.
