Obituary of Mary R. Schafer

Mary R. Schafer (nee McFadden), 82, of Atco passed away on February 20, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Charles P. "Chick", Sr.; Devoted mother of Chick, Jr., Fran (Kathy), Joe (Theresa), Mary Ellen (Richard) Moakes and Patrick; Loving grandmother of 12 and great grandmother of 5; Dear sister of Peggy McNally, Betty Hannigan, Michael & Rita McFadden and the late Rose McCabe and Catherine Baxter; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Schafer was a member of the Hallahan High School Girls Sorority and the Assumption Parish Quilting Ministry. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing and funeral on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 from 9 to 11:45 AM at the Christ the Redeemer Parish, Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Drive in Atco, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon. Interment will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Michael Schafer Memorial Fund c/o LeRoy P.
