Obituary of Muriel J. Mansmann

Muriel J. Mansmann, 79, of Atco, passed away on July 10, 2015 after a courageous battle with Leukemia. Beloved daughter of the late Frank and Muriel Mansmann; Dear sister of the late Linda; Devoted companion of 30 years of the late former Senator Joseph A. Maressa, Sr.; She is survived by Mr. Maressa's four children, Anthony (Bette), JoLynne, Joseph Jr. (Linda) and Julian, and five grandchildren, Josephine, Joseph R., Matthew, Caitlin, and Joseph A. III. Ms. Mansmann was a long time board member and past president of the Camden County Legal Secretaries Association, co-founder and treasurer of the Camden County Hero Scholarship Fund, and Vice President of Lower County Property Management. She was the trusted office manager for 55 years of the now Maressa Patterson Law Firm in Berlin. Devoted member of Christ the Redeemer Parish and the Atco Lions Club. Faithful supporter of numerous animal welfare organizations, Ms. Mansmann enjoyed gardening, taking yearly trips to Maine and her numerous vacations to Disney World with the Maressa family. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing Thursday, July 16 2015 from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Christ the Redeemer Parish, Assumption Church, 318 Carl Hasselhan Drive, Atco, NJ 08004, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 PM. Interment will follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Berlin.
