Obituary of William J. Gerber

William J. "Billy G." Gerber, 91, of Franklinville, formerly of Lindenwold, Williamstown and Upper Deerfield Twp., passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2015. Mr. Gerber was a US Army Veteran serving during World War II and a recipient of a Purple Heart. William was also self employed as a barber and thoroughbred horse trainer throughout his life. Beloved husband of over 60 years to the late Cecilia M. (nee Bonelli); Devoted father of William J. Gerber, Jr.; Dear brother of George and the late Howard, Margaret, Edna, Eleanor and Ed; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 10AM to 11AM at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, in Atco, where a memorial service will be held for both William and Cecilia at 11AM. Interment will be private.
