Mr. Enders started my love of accounting many many years ago as my accounting teacher. I now teach high school accounting due to his influence. He was an amazing, inspiring teacher and will be missed.

Emily:
Our heart breaks for you at the loss of your father. Words cannot express how sorry we are for your incredible loss. I watched your family video and brought me to tears. What a beautiful, loving family you have and what an incredible man your father was. It is clear how much he loved you and you all loved him. Certainly, it was too soon and there is nothing that can fill this void. I just pray that time, family, and friends will help you heal.
With prayers and love,
Heidi and John Brown

I am so sorry for your loss. Mark was a great guy and colleague. I was his mentor teacher when he first began his teaching career at Monongahela and I will always remember his will and desire to become the best teacher he could be and he did just that. I am retired now, but his kind, friendly, outgoing personality was contagious and I appreciated the respect he had for me as his mentor teacher. I'd like to believe I made a small impact on the teacher he became.
My prayers will be with you all and may God bless you with His comfort in the days to come. Mark will live on in the many lives he touched and mine was one of them.

Having known Al, Betty, and the delightful Fred, from the Charles Chips days when I worked at the DTPS Administration Office at Blackwood Terrace, I was then privileged to get to know Mark after I started working at Monongahela Middle School. Although it has been a little less than 5 years, I feel so very fortunate to have known and admired the phenomenal Mark Enders. He had a profound impact on everyone he came in contact with and we are all the better for having had him in our lives. He will surely be missed by many. Thoughts and prayers to his wonderful family.

Mr. Enders was more than a teacher to me, he was a support system he was a mentor he somebody that made me smile on my worst days. No matter he was going through he always made sure his students were happy. I looked up to him and I always will. Mr.Enders taught me to live for today not yesterday and not tomorrow. Enjoy life to the fullest. He has impacted my life so much. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to the Enders family. He was the best teacher ever at MMS.

Dear Tracy & family,
We are so sorry for your loss. We are friends of Karen & Randy's- and we, along with many many people in the North Country, have been praying for Mark.
From what we knew of Mark, he was brave, he loved his family and he was a fighter. This showed in the way(s) he fought the cancer -always wanting to survive long enough for precious family milestones. This makes him quite heroic, and we are sure he received a hero's welcome when he stepped onto the shores of Heaven, cancer-free.
We will continue to pray for you all as you work through your grief.
Love, Donna & Phil Ruggeri

One of the greatest teachers I have ever had. Science class with enders and schofield will always go down in my history as the best class I have had in my live and if I could I would go back in time to those classes and relive them. I remember there was a time I w asnt doing so good in that class I was so into being class clown that I wasn't focused and enders kept me after school to fix my grade and I passed. There was another time when I had a bump on my head and growing up my mom said it was a hicky but I was new to jersey and I didn't know that hickey ment something else here so when I told enders and schofield that I had a hickey on my forehead they both fell on the floor dying in laughter and I was so confused but someone in class told me what it ment and I said you two are sickos. I'm gonna miss enders that guy was really one of a kind

I had Enders as a teacher 7-8 years ago when I was in 7th grade at MMS now I'm in college. I was never good in science to this day I'm still not, however when I had him he made learning fun. I remember how he had the class pets, and we would watch the snake eat a mouse, or the big giant lizard he had. Especially when we did that obstacle course outside full of gross things and I had to run with a mouse to win!! His teaching methods were quite different, however I loved them. I wish everyone in his family, nothing but good luck. I hope that they can heal, and be happy.

Tracey & Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences. Although we were not as close in adulthood as we probably should have been, my Junior High and High School memories of “Zeke” will last forever. Sitting behind him alphabetically in every homeroom and many classes, baseball memories and of course your wedding day are all things I will cherish. Your husband and dad was just a really good man. As I continue to teach and coach, when each new season starts, Mark and your family will be in my thoughts.

A totally self less gentleman . Mark always had a kind word and touched so many people during his limited time. A wonderful coach, father and friend that will be
missed. I am glad I knew him and was able to see the positive influences he left in all he touched.
