Obituary of Mark Robert Enders

Mark Robert Enders, 49 yrs. of Williamstown NJ, peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on November 17, 2017. He was a beloved husband, father, teacher, coach, mentor, and friend to many. Mark was an extraordinary person who dedicated his life to making a difference in others. Mark changed the lives of so many students through teaching and coaching. He possessed that rare ability to help others exceed their potential in sports and life. Mark was respected and loved for his words of wisdom, compassion, kindness, and commitment to others. In the many years to come, his legacy will live in the people whose lives he forever impacted. Mark was born on February 23, 1968 in Stratford, NJ. He graduated from Overbrook Senior High School in 1986 and Lock Haven University in 1989. Mark shaped the lives of many whether it be from Monroe Township Little League, Rage fastpitch, high school football, or college level softball. Mark loved teaching with his whole heart, and taught at numerous schools throughout his career. However, the last 10 years of Mark's teaching career was at Monongahela Middle School where his colleagues became family. One of Mark's passions that brought him the greatest joy was coaching softball at Rowan College at Gloucester County for the past 16 years. Mark was a family man who cherished having his family together in anyway possible; whether it was having family dinners, watching football games, taking family vacations, or catching fish on his boat. Simply put, Mark lived life to it's fullest with his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Tracey (Gault) Enders; three children, son Douglas Enders and wife Gabrielle, and daughters Emily MacNeill and husband Matthew and Rachael Hall and husband Travis; sister, Karen (Randy) Gullo, two brothers, Alan (Janice) Enders and Karl (Terry) Kruger and one grandchild waiting to make his/her appearance. Mark is predeceased by his beloved parents, Alan & Elizabeth (Canning) Enders and brother, Frederick Enders. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life for Mark Enders on Monday, November 27th. The service will be held at Rowan College at Gloucester County, located at 1400 Tanyard Rd. Sewell, NJ, visitation in the Physical Education Center, during the hours of 5PM-730PM with a service to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mark's name to RCGC Softball. In the memo of the check please write "Mark Enders."
