Obituary of Eugene M. Regan

Eugene M. Regan (aka: Gene) of Winslow Twp., NJ age 60yrs, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side. Eugene is survived by his loving wife: Marilyn L. (nee Johnson), his children: Kathleen M. Worrell and her husband Rick of Atco, Julie M. of West Berlin, Matthew S. of Waterford Works and his mother: Lucy A. (nee Ferrara) of Turnersville. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Andrew & Luke, 2 brothers: Patrick N. Regan of Sicklerville and Robert F. Regan of Washington Twp.; and his nieces and nephews: Patrick, Michael, Caitlyn and Meghan Regan; Ryan, Gina, Stephaine, and Kyle Johnson. "God grant that I may fish until my dying day. And when it comes to my last cast, I then most humbly pray, When in the Lord's safe landing net, I'm peacefully asleep, that in His Mercy I be judged as big enough to keep." Gene loved to fish, hunt and sail. Many nights after working at Causeway Collision, he would drive to his boat to relax and spend the night. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday, August 24th 7:00 to 9:00pm and again Thursday morning 10:00 to 11:00am at the Leroy P. Wooster Funeral Home, 441 White Horse Pike, Atco. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00am, Thursday. Interment will be private. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trout Unlimited SJ Chapter, c/o John McNeill, 503 Tanglewood Dr., Sicklerville, NJ 08081; or to the March of Dimes, South Jersey Division, 3012 Main St., Voorhees, NJ 08043.
