She was a beautiful lady,who loved her family.She was like a Mom to me. I will miss making and having hot chocolate with her at night. And discussing baseball with her.I will miss our phone conversations when I am on the road driving and her asking where are you and when will you be home.She was someone special... and will never be forgotten..

I knew that he would be coming He was expected any day An escort for her journey He was taking her away. He is rarely ever welcome Once he is in your home You know that when he leaves He is never alone. With a stranger on a journey Destination we don't know, He comes and takes the ones we love Is he friend or foe? He came and took my mother Right before my eyes He seemed to bring her comfort I could see it in her eyes. She didn't want to leave us She told us with a tear But with him there to guide her It seemed to ease her fear. As she totally surrendered She let him guide the way And left me with a memory Of that lonely day. It hurt to see her suffer Even more to see her leave But he took her to a better place That's what I believe.
