I am heartbroken. Not only was he a great friend, but he was like a father to me as well. Just to share a recent experience that shows what kind of person he was, I was having trouble with something and posted about it on facebook, he immediately sent me a facebook message offering to help solve my issue. The world lost a truly amazing person.... -Maz

Heaven absolutely gained an angel! Barney was one of those people who you could trust and have confidence in. He was such a pillar to this community and our schools. I will miss his smiling face and his goofy jokes. I feel blessed to have gotten to know him. To Barney's family I wish you comfort in the fact that he touched SO many lives and his loss will be felt community wide. God Bless you.
