Obituary of Menzi Gatti

Menzi Gatti age 86 years old of Sicklerville, NJ passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at his residence. Menzi is survived by his wife Donna (nee Church). Menzi is also survived by his three children, Lisa, Alfred and Mark Gatti, of Philadelphia. Also surviving are his seven grandchildren and seven great-grand children. Menzi worked as a Highway Inspector for the City of Philadelphia for over 36 years. He was very proud of his Italian heritage. Menzi loved staying busy and working with his hands and was very handy. He loved being outdoors and was an avid hunter. He enjoyed being in the woods. He passed his time in his later years doing jigsaw and crossword puzzles. Menzi also loved building large model airplanes. He also loved Philadelphia sports and was very happy when the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Menzi was a very opinionated man and not too many people were going to tell him what to do let alone his doctor or nurses. His favorite song was by Frank Sinatra. “I DID IT MY WAY” He has now joined all of his loved ones and his wife Joyce Gatti. May he rest in peace. Cremation will be held privately.
