'Lighting this Candle' in celebration of Uncle Don - I remember a person who always appeared calm, cool & collected - probably not the easiest task w/4 little ones to raise . . . but thinking back to when the Stoll's came to visit at Grandma's house - the visits were always filled with so much excitement - I remember Uncle Don didn't even get mad when one of the twins (I don't remember which one) pulled the fire alarm! - now that's CALM! - Again, I light this candle in celebration of life. Thinking of all of you, Aunt Noni, Donny, Danny, Gina & Chrissy xo

In times of loss I have found comfort in calling up the story of Thomas Edison’s passing. I hope the retelling of his story provides Family Stoll with the same:
Upon Edison’s death he sank into semi-consciousness. His wife remained dutifully and lovingly by his side. On his last day, she leaned close and asked, “Are you suffering? to which he replied, “No, just waiting. Edison then looked out his bedroom window and softly spoke his last words, “It is very beautiful over there.

All my favorite memories as a kid include Uncle Don & Aunt Noni and family. Whether it was going down the shore together, going to the Copper Kettle together, visiting you guys on base, or at our house....You all are the biggest and best times of my childhood...Even when Chrissy and I were getting into mischief...still the best. I'm so thankful for that time and to have those wonderful memories. My love and thoughts are with all of you.
