I have many fine memories of Charlie. I enjoyed knowing and working with him at NAEC Lakehurst as well as at the Philadelphia Navy Base where we attended apprentice school. God Bless You, Charlie. Rest in Piece in the hearts and minds of those that knew you and those that love you.
