Obituary of Walter F. Barnes

Walt F. Barnes, Sr., 90, of Atco, passed away on November 19, 2013. Beloved husband of 58 years of Rose (nee Haas); Devoted father of Walter F. Barnes and Bob (Loretta) Barnes; Loving grandfather of Tabatha, Lynn, Monica, JR, and RJ; Also survived by sister in law, Ruth Barnes and many loving nieces and nephews. A life long resident of Atco, Mr. Barnes owned and operated Atco Sports for 53 years. He was also a life member of the Atco Volunteer Fire Company. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, November 25, 2013 from 9:00am to 11:00am at the LeRoy P. Wooster Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 White Horse Pike in Atco, where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM. Interment will follow at Atco Cemetery.
